Amazing customer service and scored some nice deals on my visit. There is also student, teachers, first responders and military discounts with the appropriate id.

I saw an associate really stand up for a customer that was being harassed by a Karen. I really appreciated him for standing up for the customer so that they felt safe in the store. I'll be back at this branch more for sure.

Love coming here! The staff is always helpful and kind, they are honestly the highlight of going to the store. The store is organized and great size ranges at all times.

I don't know what it is about this Forest Hills location of J. Crew -- but the STAFF from the managers down to the sales associates are literally the kindest, most helpful, and courteous of any retail establishments I've ever noticed. Do they go through some special kind of extra super duper training because they are on FIRE. Just a couple of weeks ago, I walked in and asked a couple of questions about an item I needed to return and I was greeted by Quentin, the manager, who was hard at work, and not just standing around. Quentin started offering solutions to my problem (price matches, return help, etc.) before I could even request or think of such things. THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was like a god send in the J crew store on a thursday afternoon. Then I came back and he continued to help me, overdelivering, and that alone made me buy more things. The Regional Manager for this location should really take note of this staff. And for any other customers -- go yourself and see what I'm talking about. May we all get a Quentin at one point in our life. 🙏🏼🛍️ :)

Just had one of the best shopping experiences in my life. The store is extremely well organized and cozy. Now the staff, absolutely no words to describe how professional and friendly they are.. especially STEVEN I cannot stress enough how delightful and helpful he was. 5 starts all around.
